This is an inexpensive option if you need a smartphone mount and tripod. Otherwise I like the Vastart smartphone tripod adapter below because it grips phones with cases on and can rotate for horizontal and vertical. The tripod is solid but the smartphone grip isn’t my favorite.
$36.56
Vastart Universal Smartphone tripod adapter and cell phone holder mount adapter. Fits iPhone, Samsung and all phones. Rotates vertical and horizontal. Attaches to tripods (tripods sold separately). I like this mount adapter better than ones that came with other tripods.
$7.99
Small flexible tripod and mount for smartphones. Includes a smartphone adapter but I use the Vastart adapter above. It can be wrapped around a shelf side, branch or placed on uneven surfaces. Great for positioning your smartphone for video recording you outside or in places in the studio where there isn’t room for a tripod and you want to have phone anchored to a different surface (bar, shelf, etc.)
$24.49
CamKix Smartphone camera remote control shutter. Bluetooth wireless connection with your smartphone. Simple and quick set up and the remote allows you to start and stop video or snap a picture on your smartphone. Great for when you have smartphone on a tripod while you are working or shooting video. I like it because when I have the video all setup so that it is focused on me working I can easily start the video and not move out of the frame.
$6.99
Professional grade gaffer tape. Not necessary but can come in handy when you want to mount your camera to a wall in front of you or a vertical surface. It leaves no tape residue and can give interesting view of you working say at a bench that is up against a wall. Great for when you need phone mounted to a wall and there is no room for a tripod. Use the shutter remote (above) to easily start and stop video or to take stills.
$17.88
Yoassi tripod mount for iPads and tablets. 360° rotation and 30°tilt. Can accomodate tablet and most cases. Anti-wobble. Use with bluetooth shutter to easily start and stop video. This is a nice mount adapter if you prefer to use your iPad or tablet for videoing.

Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920, Wide screen 1080p video. Built-in dual mics with automatic noise reduction. USB connection. Automatic low light correction. Attaches to tripod mounts or over the edge of LCD monitors or laptop screens. Can be put on a separate tripod so you can position your camera in a different direction than your computer monitor. The color on my built-in Mac computer camera is much more saturated. The Logitech can look a bit more washed out. My face tends to be more red due to medication I take so I do prefer the more subdued hues of the Logitech camera.
$68.92
Blue Yeti USB Mic for recording and streaming on PC or Mac. Multiple audio pattern selection for capturing sound from different directions. Mute button. Perfect for vocals, musical instruments, podcasting, conference calls, voiceovers, and interviews. If you want to upgrade from your computer’s built-in microphone, this is a great options. I use this for Zoom calls and people do think this sounds better than my computer mic. I also can get it closer to me than my computer’s built-in mic.
$109.16
Suspending your Yeti microphone off the table/ desk eliminates motion vibration noise (such as typing). I use this with my Yeti. The shock mount is attached to a boom (see below).
$69.99
RODE PSA 1 Swivel mount studio microphone boom arm. Use with the Yeti shock mount above to suspend your Yeti mic off your desk/ table surface. The boom attaches to the edge of the desk with a clamp. You can use the Yeti mic with its stand but if you notice a lot of motion noise in your videos due to typing or working (painting, cutting, moving) then the shock mount and boom can help eliminate that. You can also use the boom with the Logitech webcam to position the camera over your work surface.
